We provide individualized nutrition and lifestyle counselling grounded in physiology, not trends or fads. This approach is appropriate whether you are:

Great training cannot compensate for poor lifestyle inputs. Lasting results require alignment between training, nutrition, recovery, and daily habits.

Rather than relying solely on in-clinic time, we use a structured education-first model through Health Coach University (HCU). This allows you to learn the why behind recommendations, so changes are sustainable and self-directed.
  • Lifestyles 101 – Foundational education on metabolism, nutrition, inflammation, sleep, movement, and daily habits for adults of all ages.
  • Lifestyles 101: 60+ – A specialized program designed for adults over 60, focused on preserving energy, mobility, strength, cognitive health, and independence.
These programs complement in-clinic care and allow appointments to focus on individual troubleshooting and progress, not basic education.
